I work on fluid-rock-gas interactions both at low and high temperature. I am particularly interested in redox processes occuring in the Earth’s crust (ore deposit geochemistry, organic-inorganic interactions), and in deep geological engineered structures (nuclear waste repository, hydrogen and CO2 storage). My work is based on hydrothermal experiments, in-situ spectroscopic approaches (Raman and X-ray absorption spectroscopy), and thermodynamic modeling.
