Equipment hall with the air quality of ISO-7 and climate control: Temperature ±0.2oC, Relative Humidity ± 2%. The equipment present: Applied Spectra Laser RESOluitionSE with LIBS, Triple Quadrupole ICP-MS Agilent 8900, Multi-Collector ICP-MS Thermo Fisher Scientific Neptune XT and gas lines of numerous ultra-pure gases.


Operation hall to control and run Tandem LIBS–LA–ICP–MS system. Additional equipment: Raman microscope HORIBA Labram Soleil. Climate control: Air ISO-8, Temperature ±0.5oC, Relative Humidity ± 5%.


Infrastructure: Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning system (HVAC), hoods and pure nitrogen generator for laser purging are situated on the next floor over equipment and operation halls.


Infrastructure: pure nitrogen generator, HVAC and hoods control units.


External infrastructure: Electrical generator to keep a laboratory on power in the electricity shutdown, extra pure liquid Ar tank and extra pure He and N2 gas lines.

25 January 2022. Installation of Applied Spectra LIBS coupled with excimer laser has started.
