Scientific committee
The scientific committee is composed of external members and serves as an external third-party to consult, evaluate and advise the laboratory on current and future proceedings. Committee members meet twice throughout a five-year term. Recommendations from the scientific committee are presented to the director and to the laboratory committee.
The limited authority of this committee accompanies the laboratory’s scientific activites. Its recommendations and analyses principally concern the following subjects :
– scientific team projects throughout each five-year term
– recruitment policies
– internal financing
– the research-training-teaching synergy
