Organization of missions
Organization and participation in 24 field missions abroad (10 Turkey, 8 Tibetan plateau, 3 Himalayas, 1 Papua New Guinea, 1 Betica, 1 Pompeii).
Two missions to Turkey with 15 researchers + the national coring platform of CNRS exported for the first time + a film crew to film the documentary. These missions provided opportunities to exchange with local authorities in Turkey and China, where the societal impact of our research is greatest.

Présentation de mon activité d'enseignement
Ma pratique en enseignement a débuté en 1995 en tant que vacataire. Depuis j'ai toujours enseigné : en tant qu'assistante en Suisse, pendant les 13 années de maître de conférences passées à l'ENS Paris et depuis 2013 à l'Université Grenoble Alpes en tant que professeur des Universités. J'ai travaillé au cours de ma carrière avec un public d'étudiants très variés, en Licence ou Master dans différentes Universités (en France Grenoble Lyon, Paris IV, Orsay et en Suisse) et dans des grandes écoles (l'ENS Paris, Lyon), mais aussi pour l'université Inter-âges. J'enseigné aussi bien en cours magistral, TP, TD ou stages de terrain à des promotions de 60 à 10 étudiants de la L1 au M2 et L3 Pro ou en magistère. J'enseigne dans différentes disciplines de sciences de la Terre, la géologie générale, pétrologie magmatique et métamorphique, sédimentologie, tectonique, cartographie, terrain, géodynamique… Les études de terrain constituent un parfait support à la pédagogie : sur le terrain les étudiants apprennent non seulement la base du métier de géologue (observer les paysages, les roches les structures, mesurer, interpréter et retranscrire ces observations, utiliser les outils numériques de terrain (tablettes), utiliser confectionner des documents de travail : cartes géologiques (sur papier et numérique), coupes géologiques, log stratigraphique, stéréogrammes …). En plus d'acquérir un savoir-faire spécifique aux géosciences, les étudiants développent des stratégies de travail, apprennent l'autonomie et le travail en équipe et mobilisent les apprentissages théoriques pour se les approprier. En M1-M2 ce travail est complété par une analyse critique d'articles scientifiques, en les comparant avec leurs propres données. En plus des stages récurrents (Montagne Noire, Dignes, Pelvoux, Coupe des Alpes, Beaufortin, La Hague…), j'ai organisé des stages de terrain pluridisciplinaires exceptionnels en Himalaya au Népal, dans l'Ouest des USA, dans les Cyclades et en Corse lorsque j'étais enseignante à l'ENS .
Alors que l'approvisionnement en matières premières est devenu un enjeu de société, j'ai entrepris une refonte de la pétrologie magmatique et métamorphique dans le parcours STE pour avoir une progression pédagogique sur 5 ans, de la L1 au M2. Ce travail évite les lacunes et les doublons, permet d'enseigner avec une bien meilleure progression dans l'apprentissage. J'ai réorganisé lles modules existants et ouvert une nouvelle UE dont je suis responsable en L3 STE Métamorphisme Socle continentale.
A l'occasion de l'accréditation 2021-25 j'ai également proposé des modules de géologie-géophysique aux étudiants de la licence de physique. Pour se faire il a fallu adapter les cours TP et TD de deux modules du parcours STE STE205 et STE206.

In Turkey's Lake Iznik, the remains of a basilica submerged for centuries have mysteriously resurfaced. Described by the U.S. Archaeological Institute as one of the 10 greatest archaeological discoveries of recent years, this sunken treasure trove is about to become the focus of a major scientific and historical investigation. Around the French geologist Julia de Sigoyer and the Turkish archaeologist Mustafa Sahin, a dozen international researchers and historians will conduct a fascinating double investigation, to find out whether this mysterious basilica was the site of one of the founding events of Christianity, the 1st Council of Nicea, and to try to uncover the causes of the basilica's destruction. Alongside them, we plunge into a tumultuous history, shaped by the convulsions of the Earth and the revolutionary vision of the first Christian emperor, Constantine, who put his stamp on one of the greatest political and religious transformations mankind has ever known.

Les échappées inattendues : mini-conferences organized by the CNRS
"Les échappées inattendues" are the new science popularisation format proposed by the CNRS, which takes the form of micro-conferences led by CNRS scientists for the general public. In Grenoble, on 12 and 13 June 2024, the CNRS Alps delegation is offering a series of microlectures focusing on the research carried out at ISTerre. Three scientists from the laboratory, Nathanael Schaeffer (geophysicist), Julia De Sigoyer (geologist) and Alejandro Fernandez-Martinez (geochemist) will be on hand on 12 June at the Grenoble Museum and on 13 June at the Lake Paladru Archaeological Museum to present their areas of research. These micro-conferences will be followed by a screening of the documentary ‘Iznik, les mystères de la basilique engloutie' by Pascal GUERIN - Les Batelières productions.

I have organized several meeting between the Turkish archaeologist colleagues from Basilzinik's secrets project and Grenoble's archaeological museum, and the Museum of Lac de Paladru to organized common events (expositions, movie screening conferences...) on the 1500 birthday of the Nicaea concile and the building of the Saint Neophytos basilica. The Basilica of Saint Neophytos of Nicaea 4th Century discovered in Lake Iznik and the Basilica of Saint Laurent in Grenoble both date from the same period. The paladru site is as the Basilica in Iznik palustrine site. The team of archaeologists in charge of excavations in Iznik and other sub lacustrine sites will participate to the creation and of the permanent exhibition at the Iznik Archaeological Museum. They wanted to visit Grenoble's Saint Laurent church, as this heritage is being is tremendously valued. Joint exhibitions conferences and movies screening were discussed during these 3 meeting.

Organisation de missions
Organisation et participation à 24 missions de terrain à l'étranger, (10 Turquie, 8 plateau Tibétain, 3 Himalaya, 1 Papouasie Nelle Guinée, 1 Bétique, 1 Pompéi).
Deux missions en Turquie avec 15 chercheurs + la plateforme nationale de carottage exportée pour la première fois + une équipe de tournage pour filmer le documentaire. Ces missions ont été l'occasion d'échanges avec les autorités locales en Turquie et en Chine où les retombées sociétales de nos recherches sont les plus prégnantes.
