Coming for the M2r of Grenoble, I’m a Ph.D. student since January 2017 inside the SEISCOPE team. I’m working on solutions to mitigate the cycle skipping issue that traditionally affects Full Waveform Inversion (FWI). The approach used is to propose, benchmark and compare alternative misfit functions for FWI.
