Fatbox the Fault Analysis Toolbox: a python library for identification and geometric analysis of fault networks

In this talk Pauline Gayrin developer of Fatbox and doctoral researcher in GFZ Potsdam will take you through the python library. She will show you different applications using digital elevation models from the East Africa Rift, and elevation and strain data from analogue and numerical modelling. She will also talk about her ongoing research on fault network analysis and geometries in the Magadi-Natron basin, Kenya.
