Financial Management

Missions :

The purpose of this service is to support technicians, engineers and researchers on a daily basis in their scientific activities by ensuring financial and accounting management. He takes care of orders, services provided, invoices. It also manages the movement of staff and their missions.

The expense management activity was divided up with a team outline, extended first to a pair per office and then to the entire team to take into account absences and occasional overloads.

Missions :

This department is the main contact for all questions related to the employment of laboratory personnel.

The service ensures :
– the follow-up of the careers of the permanent staff and the promotion campaigns,
– the management of recruitments and the reception of non-tenured staff (fixed-term contracts, doctoral students, trainees, visitors) in relation with the different tutelles (UGA, CNRS, IRD),
– management of absences and leaves,
– requests for hosting agreements and Campus France grants,
– the setting up of internship agreements.

The service also has the task of feeding and exploiting the data bases relating to the management of the personnel received in the laboratory and to inform in the field of training.

Contracts and project monitoring

Missions :

This service supports researchers in their contract and research projects. It advises researchers, provides support for the preparation and implementation of projects (contract negotiation, ANR, European projects), in particular to calculate costs and complete administrative information. It organizes and controls financial management, and manages the monitoring and possible justification of the different types of research contracts.
