Logistics and maintenance

The Logistics Unit is responsible for managing building access and security, building maintenance, liaising with the university’s technical services, coordinating with external contractors, as well as handling mail and shipments.

Missions

This service ensures the proper functioning, monitoring and maintenance of the site and the laboratory premises (OSUG-C, former Maison des Géoscience), i. e. approximately 7900m2. In particular, it is responsible for managing access (keys, badges, alarms, etc.), mail and parcel shipping, as well as managing the laboratory’s fleet of vehicles. Concerning maintenance, he is in charge of monitoring work and service provider interventions as well as small maintenance.
