| Framework for use | Device used within the framework of research projects at ISTerre and OSUG, or within the framework of external services. |
| Technical specifications | Types of samples Spherical particles between 0.3 nm and 10 µm. Technical data Detection of Brownian particle movements by a red laser (632.8 nm). Analysis time on the order of a few minutes Concentration range : 100 to 400 mg/L . Minimum quantity : 12 µL. Types of Analysis Hydrodynamic diameter measurements of suspended spherical particles (principle of dynamic light scattering) and surface charge measurements of these particles (zeta potential). The instrument is also equipped with a titrator that allows the pH to be varied during acquisition (obtaining the zero charge point). |
