**Lab access

ISTerre is located in the technology park Savoie Technolac near Bourget lake.
Once arrived in the park, you can find the lab in the "Belledonne" building.

– Getting here by plane

Lyon-St Exupéry International Airport (airport code LYS) is located about 90 km from Chambéry.
If leaving from Lyon Airport, you can take a shuttle bus headed towards Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains or Lyon before transferring to a local train.
Alternatively, you can fly into Geneva Airport (GVA), also located about 90 km from Chambéry.

– By car

  • From Lyon : take highway A43 towards Chambéry. Take the exit for Chambéry and follow signs for "Le Bourget-du-Lac, Savoie Technolac".
  • From Grenoble : take highway A41 towards Chambéry. Take the exit for Chambéry and follow signs for "Le Bourget-du-Lac, Savoie Technolac".
  • From Annecy or Genève : take highway A41 towards Chambéry. Take the exit for Chambéry and follow signs for "Le Bourget-du-Lac, Savoie Technolac".

– By train

The train station of Chambéry is has frequent high-speed train service (TGV). Tickets and information can be found on the SNCF website.

– By bus (from Chambéry train station)

Take line Chrono A (towards INSEEC) from bus stop "Gare" (Place de la Gare) and get off at the stop "Université Le Bourget" (about 20min).
Continue on "Avenue du Lac d’Annecy" for about 200 m. The building Belledonne will be on your left. Use staircase D or E.
