Cross-Functional Groups





Several cross-functional reflections and activities are carried out within ISTerre by working groups established either at the initiative of management or by the staff. These groups allow expertise to be shared, experiences to be exchanged, and collective proposals to emerge on cross-cutting issues related to working and living conditions within the unit.



Eco-Responsibility

Concrete actions to be carried out immediately in connection with the laboratory’s day-to-day operations and scenario proposals for actions contributing to achieving our objectives, along with an assessment of their side effects on workplace quality of life, the laboratory’s scientific dynamism, and its visibility).

Gender equality

In support of the laboratory’s governing authorities’ guidance and directives, and to raise staff awareness.




CaDo

On developments related to the laboratory’s calculations and data, for the benefit of users.rs.

Laboratory Seminars

Seminars focused on the laboratory’s scientific outreach and interdisciplinary interfaces.




AP

Composed of the laboratory’s Safety Officers (AP), who oversee the implementation of safety instructions and rules, and alert management to any malfunctions.

Communication and Outreach

For the promotion of Earth sciences and the dissemination of the laboratory’s results, in connection with OSUG, as well as for internal communication.




Facilities and Renovation

For monitoring renovation actions internally and in collaboration with the DGD-Pat (Grenoble) and the SEP (Chambéry).
