ORGANIC MATTER ANALYSIS IN ENVIRONMENTAL MATRICES

• NDIR absorption : Dissolved Organic/Inorganic Carbon (DOC/DIC), Total dissolved Nitrogen (TN).
– Developing protocols for sampling, storage and analysis,
– Research and adaptation of analytical volumes for fluid cell experiments,
– Valuations.

• Environmental DNA extractions (water and soils).
 

WATER CHEMISTRY (CROSS-DISCIPLINARY PROJECTS)

• AVS, Fe²⁺, H2S/HS-, alkalinity, "ultra-clean" samplings,
"major and trace metals (ICP-AES, Ion chromatography, UV-VIS), DOC, pH, Conductivity, Redox.
– Sampling, analysis,
– Piper Diagram, solution chemical modeling (PhreeqC, WHAM),
– Water characterization,
– Interpretation.

• Organization of field sampling and analysis, export of chemicals, France and International : French Guiana (2005), Nepal (2007), Spain (2007), Mexico (2008), Cambodia (2010), Vietnam (2015), France (several/year).

LAB-MANAGEMENT

• Technical manager of Geochemistry laboratories (20 regular users PhDs, Post-docs),
• Technical manager of the L2 GeoMicrobiology laboratory (5 regular users PhDs, Post-docs).
