Projects

I work in projects that focus (1) on developing protocols for Organic matter caracterization (DOC, DIC, TN, SUVA254) for environmental matrices at different scale (rhizosphere, fluid cell, rivers, lakes...), (2) on extracting environmental DNA (in water and soils) and (3) on natural water monitoring in a cross-disciplinary approach. One of the main interest of (1) and (2) is to understand, on natural samples, the link between Organic matter signature and micro-organism activities in water-mineral interactions or rhizosphere activity. In (2), natural water monitoring, implying a set of geochemical parameters, provides data that can support mineralogical and geophysical processes. For this, field studies are combined to field sampling, chemical monitoring and modelling.
