Projects

I work in projects that focus (1) on developing protocols of dissolved Organic matter analysis (DOC, DIC, TN) protocols for environmental matrices at different scale (fluid cell, rivers, lakes...), (2) on extracting environmental DNA (in water and soils) and (3) on natural water monitoring in a cross-disciplinary approach. One of the main interest of (1) and (2) is to understand, on natural samples, the link between Organic matter signature and micro-organism activities and finally water-mineral interactions. In (2), natural water monitoring, implying a set of geochemical parameters, provides data that can support mineralogical and geophysical processes. For this, field studies are combined to experimentation, chemical analysis and modelling.
